    The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

“A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §8-12-18a, relating municipal property; permitting a municipality to convey property to a nonprofit; permitting a municipality to lease property to a nonprofit; requiring that the property will be used to provide a specific public purpose; requiring the governing body to make certain factual findings; and requiring the property to revert to the municipality.”
